to your drawing.

Echo Polymer Industries is a family-run extrusion and molding house led by rubber technologists and mechanical engineers. Custom EPDM, silicone and sponge sections — built to international standards, quoted by the people who actually make them.

About the company

A small team of rubber technologists — not a call centre.

Echo Polymer Industries was founded in 2012 in Kuvadava, Rajkot, and is still owned and run by the same family. Our floor is staffed by rubber technologists and mechanical engineers who handle compounding, die design and cure control themselves.

When you call us, you speak to the person who will design your die and sign off your first-article sample. That directness is why buyers with awkward sections, tight deadlines or small quantities keep coming back — thirteen years and counting.

We work to international quality standards while keeping the flexibility of a workshop: trial runs in days, not quarters, and honest answers about what a compound can and cannot do.

Product range

Eleven core product families. Any section you can draw.

Everything below is made to order. Send a drawing, a photo or the old part itself and we will quote the die and the compound.

Coiled solid EPDM rubber sealing profile with integrated lip
01

Solid EPDM Rubber Profiles

Dense, weather- and ozone-resistant profiles for sealing applications exposed to sun, water and temperature cycling.

Assorted extruded rubber profile sections in U, P and D shapes
02

Silicone Rubber Profiles

High-temperature silicone sections rated for continuous service in ovens, autoclaves and food-grade equipment.

Request sample
Cut end of a co-extruded profile showing sponge and solid rubber in one section
03

Co-Extrusion Rubber Profiles

Dual-hardness sponge-plus-solid sections extruded in a single pass for seal-and-fix functionality.

Request sample
Coil of translucent white silicone rubber tubing
04

Silicone Rubber Tubes

Smooth-bore tubing in platinum- and peroxide-cured grades, with tight ID/OD tolerance control.

Request sample
Black industrial rubber cords and profile sections coiled together
05

Industrial Rubber Profiles

Nitrile, neoprene and natural rubber sections built to your drawing for plant and machinery use.

Request sample
Closed-cell sponge EPDM profile showing its cellular cut face
06

Sponge EPDM Profiles

Closed-cell sponge with low compression set — consistent sealing under repeated door and panel cycles.

Request sample
Bundle of soft sponge rubber profile lengths
07

Sponge Rubber Profiles

Soft, low-force sponge sections for gap filling, vibration damping and enclosure gasketing.

Request sample
Stack of red fire-retardant rubber extrusion profiles
08

Fire Retardant Profiles

Flame-retardant compounds for railway, metro and infrastructure specifications with low smoke behaviour.

Request sample
Set of black rubber O-rings stacked on a white background
09

O-Rings

Moulded nitrile, EPDM, silicone and viton O-rings in metric and imperial sizes, with low compression set for static and dynamic sealing.

Request sample
Cut lengths of black EPDM railing gasket profile showing multi-cavity section
10

Railing Gasket Profiles

Multi-cavity EPDM gaskets for glass railing and balustrade systems — ribbed grip legs hold the section firmly inside the channel.

Request sample
Black glazing railing rubber profile fitted onto the edge of a glass pane
11

Window & Glazing Railing Profiles

Glazing channel sections that grip toughened glass edges with soft sealing lips, weather-tight and UV stable for façades and windows.

Request sample

SPEC

Hardness Range 40–80 Shore A

Every profile family can be compounded from soft 40 Shore A sealing grades up to rigid 80 Shore A sections, verified with a durometer on each production batch.

Why choose us

Three reasons procurement teams keep our number.

Two engineers reviewing a rubber profile sample together at a workbench

Personal Service

No call centres, no account handlers. You deal directly with the technologists and engineers who design the die, mix the compound and run the line.

Operator running extruded rubber profile through the tooling on a production line

Quick & Flexible

Trial dies and sample runs turned around in days. Small batches, odd sections and short-notice repeat orders are normal work here, not exceptions.

Technician measuring a rubber profile with a vernier caliper during inspection

Quality First

Compounds specified against international standards, with dimensional, hardness and tensile checks recorded batch by batch before dispatch.

Capability · How we build

From drawing to cured profile in four controlled stages.

Extrusion and compression molding under one roof, so tooling corrections happen in hours rather than being bounced between vendors.

  1. 01

    Drawing & Compound Selection

We review your section drawing or sample and select the polymer, hardness and cure system that matches the working environment.

  2. 02

    Die Design & Tooling

Dies are cut and corrected in-house, accounting for die swell and shrinkage so the extruded section matches the drawing.

  3. 03

    Extrusion & Continuous Vulcanising

Profiles run through hot-air and salt-bath curing lines with controlled line speed for uniform cross-section and cure state.

  4. 04

    Inspection & Dispatch

Dimensional checks, hardness and tensile verification on every batch, with sample approval before series production.

“We sent a worn-out section with no drawing. Echo had a die cut and a sample in our hands inside a week, and the seal has held on the line ever since.”
